This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.917 of 2016. The petitioners have been added as A4, A5, A7 in the First Information Report.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the investigation is almost completed and the final report will be filed within a short time. Therefore, this Court does not want to interfere with the investigation at this stage.

3. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent Police to complete the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
