CMP No.1433 of 2008 has been filed to implead the respondents 6 and 7 and CMP No.5525 of 2016 has been filed to implead the petitioners herein as respondents and rank them accordingly in the above Second Appeal.

2. Heard Mr.T.M.Hariharan, learned counsel for the petitioner in CMP No.1433 of 2008 as well as learned counsel for the respondents in CMP No.5525 of 2016 and Mr.N.Manokaran, learned counsel for the petitioner in CMP No.5525 of 2016.

4. This Court is of the considered view that without prejudice to the rights and contention of the respective parties in the main Second Appeal as regards the impleadment of the Legal Representatives, these CMPs can 1/3
