This criminal original petition has been filed seeking direction to respondents to issue look-out circular against the accused Mr.Jang Woong Chull, Passport No. NW 1345521 (issuing Country: Korea) in pursuance to the registration of FIR in Crime No.264 of 2013 dated 24.07.2013, under Sections 417, 420, 406, 403, 506(ii) of IPC on the file of 2nd respondent. When the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for petitioner. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that look out circular has been issued as early as on 07.09.2013 itself and hence nothing survives in this present criminal original petition.

In view of the above submissions made by the learned Government Advocate, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
