This petition has been filed to call for the records and to quash the FIR in Cr.No.63 of 2019 on the file of the respondent and quash the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that already investigation has been completed and charge sheet also filed on 16.03.2019 before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dharmapuri, but so far the case was not taken on file.
