This Writ Miscellaneous petition has been filed to bring on record the third respondent herein as the fourth respondent in W.P.No.15744 of 2016 and he being the only legal heir of the third respondent (deceased).

2. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition and accordingly, this petition is ordered.

3. Registry is directed to carryout the necessary amendment in cause-title.

4. Post the matter on 11.07.2023 finally.
