ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to issue a Transfer of Patta in the petitioner's name for the property bearing Survey No.1/1 to an extent of 1.45.0 hectares situated at Malayadikuppam (Vellakarai) Village, Cuddalore District in pursuant to his application dated 22.11.2021.

2. Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the respondent is directed to consider the application of the petitioner dated 22.11.2021 after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter parties, if any and after giving opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
