O R D E R
The petitioner sought for a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.04.2011.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that pending writ petition, an order of interim injunction has already been granted by this Court and the same is still pending.
3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the petitioner has given a representation dated 24.04.2011 to the respondents 1 to 3 and same shall be considered in accordance with law.
4. In view of the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition and considering the submissions made on either side, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the representation, directs the first respondent viz., the District Collector, Sathuvacheri, Vellore, to consider the petitioners' representation dated 24.04.2011 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as any of the interested parties, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till such time, the interim injunction already granted by this Court, shall be in force.
5. It is made clear that the aforesaid order will be given effect if any final order has been passed by the respondents.
6. With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
