O R D E R

(Order of the Court made by C.T.SELVAM, J.) This petition has been filed by petitioner/mother of the detenue Kowsalya, aged about 16 years, to cause production of her daughter before this Court.

2. The alleged detenue Kowsalya, daughter of petitioner, stands produced from the custody of Children's Home, Kellys, Chennai - 600

010. On enquiry, the detenue informs intent to go along with her mother.

3. Recording the same, this Court directs that the detenue shall be entrusted to the care and custody of petitioner/mother. However, the detenue shall now be produced before the Children's Home, Kellys, Chennai - 600 010, for record purpose and thereafter, she may accompany her mother.
