This petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.1351 of 2014 from the file of the 2nd respondent to any other agency and take appropriate action against the said persons in accordance with law.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the investigation was completed and the final report was filed and the case was tried by the 19th Additional Sessions Court, Chennai in S.C.No.142 of 2016 and the accused persons were acquitted by judgment dated 30.06.2017. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
