ORDER

This petition has been filed to provide police protection to the petitioners herein for safeguarding the properties described in the schedules annexed to the above petition.

2. It seen that the petitioners have lodged a complaint and it is pending before the 7th respondent police. Admittedly, earlier the petitioners have filed a petition in the year 2016 and after four years, this petition filed cannot be considered now. However, the petitioners is at liberty to file a fresh complaint on a fresh cause of action.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
