This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 167 days in filing the above appeal.

2. Mr.S.Santhosakumar, learned Standing counsel takes notice for the 2nd respondent and would submit that he has no objection in allowing this petition.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to allow this petition.

4. Accordingly, this petition is allowed and the delay of 167 days in filing the appeals is condonned.

5. The Registry is directed to print the name of Mr.S.Santhosakumar, learned Standing counsel for the 2nd respondent, while listing the appeal.
