This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in para 7(a) that "the petitioner shall report before the trial court on all working days at 10.30 a.m, until further orders" passed in Crl.OP.No.30280 of 2024 dated 05.12.2024.

2. The Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly and further, the investigation has been completed, and the case was posted for framing of charges.

Considering the nature of offence, investigation has already been completed, and the case was posted for framing of charges and that the petitioners have complied with the conditions without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioners in toto.
