This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.30458 of 2024 dated 06.12.2024, passed by this Court to report before the respondent Police everyday at 6.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
