This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.28338 of 2023, dated 21.12.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, once in a week (i.e.) on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three weeks and thereafter, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
