The petition for impleadment of the Chairman, National Highways Authority of India, 5 & 6, Sector 10, Dwarka, New Delhi-110075 as the third respondent in the writ petition is allowed. Office to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title.

2. Notice need not be sent to the newly impleaded party, as the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of them is directed to file a status report on the issue raised by petitioner, within three weeks.

3. List the writ petition on 17.3.2022.
