This petition is filed to condone the delay of 51 days in filing the above Criminal Revision Petition.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay stands condoned and the petition is ordered, on the condition that the petitioner pays a sum of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Madras High Court. 24-02-2026 TSG Note: Registry is directed to number this Criminal Revision Case, if it is otherwise in order.
