2.Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.T.Dhanyakumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that nothing survives in the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition and hence, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition may be dismissed as infructuous.
