ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition in para 7(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.31030 of 2024, dated 13.12.2024, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police, everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para 7(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.31030 of 2024, dated 13.12.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every first Saturday at 06.30 p.m., until further orders.
