This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 250 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.
2.Mr.E.Raja Durai for M/s.M.B.Gopalan Associates, learned counsel takes notice for the second respondent and submitted that the second respondent has no objection in ordering this petition. 3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the second respondent.
5.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 250 days respectively is condoned and these petitions are ordered. It is made clear that the petitioner/appellant is not entitled for any interest for the compensation amount enhanced, if any, in the appeal.
