The petitioner seeks bail in Crime No.215 of 2022 registered by the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 363(Girl Missing),366, 376(2)(n) of I.P.C and Section 5(l) r/w 6(1) and Section 9 of Prohibition of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

2. It is stated that a complaint had been lodged before the respondent that the daughter of the defacto complainant was missing. The accused is the sister's husband of the victim girl. It is stated that the accused had physical relationship with the victim girl.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner stated that the victim girl had been called in the open Court before the Session Judge at Coimbatore and she appeared in the presence of all advocates and general public. But, however the learned Sessions Judge had dismissed the bail application. It is not known that why the learned Sessions Judge had directed the victim girl to appear before the open Court. 1/3

4. Considering the facts of the case and the fact that the trial has not yet been completed, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. This Criminal Original petition stand dismissed. 29.01.2024 smn 2/3
