This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.17652 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.2734 of 2024, dated 12.12.2024 vide para No.3, that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.17652 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.2734 of 2024, dated 12.12.2024, is relaxed to the extent that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
