The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the case in S.C.No.327 of 2016 pending on the file of the learned XVII Additional Sessions Judge, Chennai to the file of the learned VII Additional Sessions Judge, Chennai where S.C.No.273 of 2016 is pending and both the cases are to be tried together.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that both the cases are to be tried together by the learned VII Additional Sessions Judge, Chennai.

3. Recording the above submission made by both parties, this Court directs the learned XVII Additional Sessions Judge, Chennai, to transfer the case in S.C.No.327 of 2016 pending on his file, to the file of the learned VII Additional Sessions Judge, Chennai.
