O R D E R

The writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the petitioners written representation dated 06.06.2022, consequentially direct the second respondent to consider the petitioners application for regularisation of his unapproved layout having an extent of 2 acres under survey No.41/1A in Aranganoor Village, Salem District.

2. Mrs.R.Anitha, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2 and submits that the application of the petitioner is returned seeking certain queries and if the same is been complied and represented, the application will be considered on its merits.

3. In such view of the matter, the petitioner is directed to represent the application within a month. On such application being represented, the respondents shall consider and pass orders on its own merits within a period of two months.

4. With the above observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
