ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition that the petitioner shall report to the respondent every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m for a period of two months imposed in Crl.O.P.No.26328 of 2024 dated 07.11.2024.

2. The Learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the investigation is pending.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.26328 of 2024 dated 07.11.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
