ORDER
The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
The petitioner has also filed miscellaneous petition in Crl.M.P.No.4602 of 2018 along with the revision case, seeking order of this Court to dispense with the personal appearance of the petitioner pending disposal of the revision case. Since, the revision case itself is dismissed as withdrawn, nothing survives in the miscellaneous petition. However, it is open to the petitioner to seek dispensing of the personal appearance in accordance with law, by filing petition under Section 317 or 205 of Cr.P.C. If any such application is filed the Trial Court shall pass appropriate order on merits.

In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Revision case is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed.
