ORDER

This writ petition is filed to direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's objection dated 29.12.2022.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the matter has been settled amicably between the parties.

3. Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the petitioner's objection dated 29.12.2022 regarding issuance of separate patta to the third respondent has been considered, by conducting an enquiry and patta has also issued to the third respondent.

4. Since the petitioner's objection has been considered and the matter has also been settled between the parties, no further order is necessary in this writ petition. In the event the petitioner is aggrieved over the patta issued to the third respondent, she is at liberty to challenge the same in the manner know to law.
