C.M.P.No.1190 of 2005 C.M.P.No.1190 of 2005 in S.A.No.220 of 2003 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., This petition has been filed to bring the respondents 5 to 14 herein on record as legal representatives of the deceased 1st respondent namely Palanisamy Padayachi and as respondents 6 to 15 in the above Second Appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. There is no representation on behalf of the respondents 2 to 4, 6, 8, 10 & 14. Despite notice served on the respondents 12 & 13, there is no representation on behalf of them either in person or through counsel. Hence, the Registry is directed to print the name of the respondents 12 & 13 in the cause list. The respondents 7, 9 & 11 were already arrayed as respondents 1 to 3. Therefore, the learned counsel for the respondents 7, 9 & 11 submitted that the petition as regards the respondents 7,9 & 11 is not pressed.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for.
