ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in para 6(b) in Crl.O.P.No.29103 of 2024 by an order dated 21.11.2024 passed by this Court to report before the learned Special Judge for EC/NDPS Act Cases, Salem, on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court for a period of 29 days and investigation is pending in this matter. 3.Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.29103 of 2024 on 21.11.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 6.30 p.m., until further orders.
