By this application, the applicant seeks permission to file an English translation of the Tamil Will without insisting on an official translation thereof.

2. By taking into account the fact that the original Will is in the Tamil language, this application is allowed by permitting the applicant to produce the unauthorized translation for numbering purposes.

3. The Registry is directed to number the original petition, if otherwise in order.
