ORDER

This Arbitration Original Petition has been filed to set aside Arbitral Award dated 05.10.2021 bearing No.HLF/SRR/ACP.No.6/2021 passed by the Sole Arbitrator in its entirety and to direct the respondent to pay the costs.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the dispute between the parties are settled and seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the Arbitration Original Petition. He further submitted that a memo has also been filed in this regard.

3. In view of the above, this Court permits the petitioner to withdraw the present Arbitration Original Petition. The Registry is directed to refund the eligible Court fee to the petitioner.
