S.N.ARUNKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. K.PRABAKAR, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH,J) When this Court was about to dismiss this criminal miscellaneous petition on merits, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and also made an endorsement to that effect.
