These petitions have been filed seeking to amend the Sections 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Woman Harassment Act instead of Section 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) IPC in the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.29174 of 2023 dated 28.12.2023 and to extend the time limit for complying the conditions.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submission, these petitions are ordered as prayed for.

4.The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the order dated 28.12.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.29174 of 2023 and also issue fresh order copy.

5.Since amendment had been ordered today, time is extended for complying the conditions till 16.02.2024.
