ORDER
During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, the respondent has withdrawn the impugned proceedings dated 02.12.2019 and issued separate proceedings for recovery of an amount of Rs.31,270/- from the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that in view of the subsequent changes after filing this writ petition, nothing survives in this writ petition and sought permission of the Court to challenge the proceedings dated 16.02.2021, wherein the petitioner is ordered to pay a sum of Rs.31,270/-.
2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, in our considered view in the light of the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, nothing survives in this writ petition and as such, it becomes infructuous.
3. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous by granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the proceedings dated 16.02.2021, if so advised.

4. There shall be no order as to costs.
