(Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH,J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition is filed by the husband of the detenue for a direction to the first respondent to produce the detenue before this Court and set her at liberty. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2. It is seen that the petitioner's wife Lakshmi has gone missing, in connection with which a case in Crime No.227 of 2015 has been registered on 18.04.2015 on the file of the Taluk Police Station, Villupuram, viz., the first respondent and investigation is in progress. In such circumstances, the respondents are directed to pursue the investigation to trace the victim lady and inform the petitioner herein, if the victim lady is secured.
3. With the above observation, this Petition stands disposed of.
