(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner, who is a senior citizen, has come forward to file this writ petition seeking early adjudication of the matter pending with the first respondent in O.A.No.1976 of 2017.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for coupled with the fact that the petitioner is a senior citizen, we direct the first respondent/Tribunal to expedite the pending Original Application filed by the petitioner in O.A.No.1976 of 2017 and dispose of the same within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
