ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed to report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders imposed by this Hon'ble Court in the order dated 24.10.2024 made in Crl.O.P.No.26323 of 2024.

2. The Learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the investigation is pending.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed in Paragraph 7(a) in Crl.O.P.No.26323 of 2024 dated 24.10.2024 is modified to the effect that A2 shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 06.30 p.m until further orders and other petitioners shall appear before the respondent police on the first Saturday of every month at 06.30 p.m until further orders.
