Heard Mr. R.Srinivas, Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Petitioner and Mr. P.Sathish, Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the First to Fourth Respondents and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties. 2.

The Writ Petition has been filed challenging the Proceedings in Na. Ka. No. 6130/A3/2012 dated 31.10.2012 issued by the Third Respondent by which the approval of appointment of the Petitioner had been rejected and to consequently direct the Third Respondent to approve the appointment of the Petitioner as Physical Education Teacher in the School of the Fifth Respondent. 2/5

Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the First to Fourth Respondents has filed a memo dated 30.08.2023 stating that after the filing of the Writ Petition, the Third Respondent has approved the appointment of the Petitioner in the post of Physical Education Teacher and he is working from 04.03.2014 in Danish Mission Higher Secondary School, Virudhachalam, which is placed on record. In view of the same, nothing remains for further consideration in the Writ Petition.

In fine, the Writ Petition is disposed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
