ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for transfer of investigation of the case in Crime No.1381 of 2014. 2.

The learned Counsel for Government (Crl Side) on instructions submitted that the case was investigated and closed as "further action dropped".

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in this Criminal Original Petition and the same is dismissed by giving liberty to the petitioner to file a protest petition before the concerned Court and work out his remedy in accordance with law.
