This petition has been filed to issue a direction to the respondent to register the complaint dated 19.03.2016 made by the petitioner.

2. No representation for the petitioner. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. On a reading of the complaint dated 19.03.2016 it is seen that the petitioner has lent Rs.50,000/- to the opposite party and that the opposite party is not returning the amount. The petitioner has not even stated the date on which he had lent the money. In order to give a criminal colour to a purely civil transaction, the petitioner has stated that he was ....... by the opposite party on 19.03.2016. 19.03.2016 does not inspire the confidence of this Court.
