COMMON ORDER The petitioners have filed these writ petitions challenging the impugned show cause notice dated 08.01.2016 issued by the first respondent on the basis of the complaints made by the respondents 2 and 3 dated 28.12.2015 and 29.12.2015 respectively.

2. When these matters are taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that, during the pendency of these writ petitions, the respondents 2 and 3 have withdrawn their complaints vide letters dated 13.11.2017.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, nothing survives for adjudication in these Writ Petitions. Accordingly, these Writ Petitions are closed.
