Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondent Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Department to Reconstruct Repair the Damages and perform Thirupani Renovation of Arulmighu Varadaraja Perumal Temple, Thirukoilur Taluk, Kallakurichi District, including the Renovation and Reconstruction of the Inner and outer Praharams, Pillars, Kal Mandapams, Temple Tank, all the Vimanams and Gopurams and perform Maha Samprokshanam Kumbabishekam according to Pancharathnam Agamam- ( Vaishnavaites Vadakalai) in accordance with Sampradaya and Customs within a reasonable time frame as fixed by this court.
