O R D E R

Petition for relaxation of condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.613 of 2015 dated 8.4.2015 on the file of learned Principal Sessions Judge, Pondicherry.

2. On 8.4.2015, the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Pondicherry while granting anticipatory bail to this petitioner has imposed a condition that the petitioners shall appear and sign before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Karaikkal once in a day at 10.00 A.M., continuously on all working days for 15 days, from the date of their release on bail without fail.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that Karaikkal is 200 kilometres away from Pondicherry, but the petitioners have been complying with the condition for the past eight days. Hence they have come forward with this petition for relaxation of the above said condition before this court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The learned Government Advocate (Pondicherry) submitted that till date, petitioners are scrupulously complying with the conditions.

5. Considering the submissions made by both sides, the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Pondicherry directing the petitioners to appear and sign before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Karaikkal once in a day at 10.00 A.M., continuously on all working days for 15 days, is totally relaxed. Except that, all other conditions shall remain unaltered.
