This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police monthly once i.e. 1st working day of every month at 10.00 a.m., till filing of the charge sheet and thereafter, as directed by the concerned Jurisdictional Court in Crl.M.P.No.16187 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.13537 of 2023.
