ah 2.Almost regular compliance of the condition has been conceded by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side).

3.In view of the same, the said condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Committal Court i.e., the Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Salem on 24.01.2025 and thereafter on the date fixed by the learned Trial Judge.
