This petition has been filed by the petitioner/sister of the detenu directing the respondents to grant leave for 30 days to the petitioner's brother, the detenu Manikandan, S/o.Elango Salem, Convict No.7485, detained at Central Prison, Salem. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that by letter No.K:/K/2523/jc 2-2015 dated 21.07.2015, the Deputy Inspector General, Central Prison, Coimbatore circle, Coimbatore granted the relief of 30 days leave to the detenu and he has also produced a copy of the said letter.

3.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is closed as the same has become infructuous.
