A.No.93 of 2022 A.No.93 of 2022 in C.S.(Comm.Suits) No.475 of 2014 SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY,J This application is filed by the plaintiff seeking permission to produce the Judgment and Decree dated 01.10.2019 in C.S.No.1303 of 1988 and 260 of 1996 as documentary evidence in C.S.No.475 of 2014.

2. The applicant states that the above mentioned Judgment and Decree is relevant to this suit claim in view of the finding therein that the father of the plaintiff is the absolute copyright owner of television rights over the movie PADIKKATHA METHAI. Therefore, it is stated that serious prejudice would be caused unless the applicant is permitted to produce the document.

3. The respondents do not have any objection to this application being allowed subject to their objections, inter alia, with regard to relevance and proof.
