This application has been filed by the applicant/plaintiff to permit her to amend the names of the tenth and eleventh respondents as Chandramohan and Soundarajan in lieu of Chandru and Sounther as impleaded vide order dated 02.08.2023 in A.No.3093 of 2023.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents/defendants has no objection to allow this application.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, this application is allowed.

4. For carrying out necessary amendment, post on 29.01.2024.
