ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition that ... 4(b) "the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police daily at 06.30 p.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter on every Saturday at 06.30 p.m., until further orders" imposed in Crl.O.P.No.29647 of 2024 dated 02.12.2024 on the file of this Court.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Paragraph 4(b) in Crl.O.P.No.29647 of 2024 dated 02.12.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police every first Saturday of every month at 06.30 p.m., until further orders.
