CMP.No.155 of 2008 in SA.No.2131 of 2002 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN,J., This petition has been filed to bring the following persons 1.S.Sambandam Pillai, 2. on record the legal heirs of the second respondent/Srinivasan Pillai as respondents 4 to 10 in the appeal.

2. The factum of the death of the second respondent/Srinivasan Pillai in the appeal in S.A.No.2131 of 2002 as their legal representatives are not in dispute.

3.Notice to the proposed parties are served and the name of the respondents are also printed in the cause list. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the applications, in the interest of justice, the application is allowed. 4.Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title.
