ORDER
The present petition has been filed seeking to relax a condition imposed on the petitioner in the order of this court dated 03.12.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.29903 of 2024, to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter, on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

2. Almost regular compliance of the condition has been conceded by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side). He would further submit that the investigation is still pending.
3. In view of the same, the said condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, on first Saturday of every month at 06.30 p.m., until further orders.
